The location was GREAT for accessing the city center.

Hauling heavy bags up several flights of stairs was HARD work. Cleanliness was deficient. I noticed hairs everywhere and an ear swab remained on the bathroom floor throughout my stay. The excessive price did NOT match what was offered.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. My room had a super nice view of the square. The hotel's location proved convenient for walks along the riverside.

I noticed there are a lot of stairs. This could present challenges for some guests with heavy luggage.

The location was special. it felt magical to be so close to the saone river. staff were so friendly and their communication was really good, i felt very welcomed. i found our standard double room clean and tidy. It was just what we needed.
